You can also call Customer Enquiries Group on 0870 240 0009 between 8am and 8.30pm Monday to
Friday, and between 8am and 5.30pm on Saturdays. When you phone you may be put through to our
Interactive Voice System. However, during office hours you will be given the option of speaking to an operator.
